Welcome. I am Mary Claire.
Life often presents us with challenges. Managing family, work or school, social and personal obligations can be stressful and overwhelming. You may feel your life is out of balance. Whether you are dealing with stressful circumstances, ongoing anxiety, panic, sadness, depression, substance misuse, low confidence, and/or are wanting more work-life harmony, I will provide the space to help you feel supported and heard.

For the past 25 years I have assisted individuals in creating a life with more balance and joy. I work collaboratively with individuals to explore goals, seek solutions, learn tools and gain insights. Together, we work toward the goals you define for yourself and your life.
I received my B.A. in Psychology from Loyola University, New Orleans and my Masters in Social Work from Tulane University.

Mary Claire McNair is in-network with Aetna and partners with Alma for benefit eligibility, claims submission, and billing.
She is considered an out-of-network provider with other insurance companies. Therefore, full rate payment is due at the time of each appointment. If you choose to self-submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement, a monthly invoice will be provided for this purpose. Reimbursement rates are solely determined by your specific benefits plan. Please note claims require a diagnosis and not all diagnoses are covered. Some clients report reimbursement rates between 50%-90% depending on their particular plan. It is recommended that you call your benefits provider and inquire about your reimbursement rates.
FSA and HSA payments are accepted.
